Any type of construction debris such as remodeling materials, kitchen and bath demolition, shingles, flooring, cabinets, dirt, plastic, concrete, brick, soil, as well as household items including waste, furniture, glass, plastic, yard waste. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

We are a solid waste carrier and cannot accept the following hazardous waste: paint, liquids of any kind, solvents of any kind, oil, radioactive, chemicals, volatile, highly flammable liquids or materials, asbestos, explosives, toxic or hazardous materials, bio-medical waste, infectious waste, tires, electronic devices, dead animals or food waste

No, you do not need to be present for dumpster delivery and pick-up. We only need to be provided the instructions of where to place the dumpster. If you have any concerns about the placement of the dumpster, we suggest you to be present for drop off. For pick-up, please make sure the site is accessible.

Yes, our bins hold up total 3 tons of load. Price includes 2 tons of disposal for both 10 and 20 yard bins. If you exceed 2 tons, you will be charged at a rate of $65.00 per ton for the additional weight.

Yes, common rental lengths include 3 and 10 day options. If you need different rental period, please contact Smart Dumpsters to discuss pricing, rental lengths, and availability.

The 10 yard and 20 yard dumpster cannot exceed 3 tons of load. Please do not overload the dumpsters! If the container is overloaded, it is the customer’s responsibility to off-load the excess material before the container can be hauled safely. Heavy materials, like concrete, soil, brick, and rock (etc.) should be limited to 5 cubic yards to not to exceed the weight limit.

Please fill the bin evenly. Nothing should be sticking above the top of the dumpster or hang over the edges when it’s picked up.

No! We always place the dumpster on wooden boards, which protects your driveway.

Yes! We can navigate narrow streets and driveways. Your dumpster will be delivered where you need it.
