Second, we deliver it when we say we will. You pick the day. We give you a delivery window and we hit it. Our driver will place the dumpster where you want it—driveway, street, job site. If there’s a tight spot or a placement concern, let us know ahead of time.
Third, you fill it at your own pace. Standard rental is three days, but we’re flexible if your project runs longer. When you’re done, call us and we’ll pick it up. No need to be home. We haul it off, dispose of everything properly, and you’re finished.

Rental includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and up to one ton of weight. If you go over, there’s a clear per-ton fee—we’ll tell you upfront what that is. No hidden charges for fuel, environmental fees, or whatever else some companies tack on at the end. Flat rate means flat rate.
Mount Holly’s part of Berkeley County, so depending on where you’re placing the dumpster, you may need a permit if it’s going on a public street. We’ll let you know if that applies to your situation. Most driveways don’t require one.

Our pricing is flat-rate. That means delivery, pickup, disposal, and up to one ton of debris are covered. No surprise fees for fuel, mileage, or “environmental recovery” charges. If you go over the weight limit, there’s a per-ton overage fee, and we’ll tell you what that is before you rent.
Some companies advertise a low day rate and then hit you with fees that double the cost. You’ll see charges for delivery, pickup, fuel surcharges, disposal fees—it adds up fast. We don’t do that. The price we quote is the price you pay unless you go over the weight limit or keep it longer than agreed.

Yes. If you call early enough in the day and we have availability, we can usually get a dumpster to you the same day. That’s helpful if you’re a contractor who just landed a last-minute job or a homeowner who needs to clear out a property fast.
Same-day delivery depends on our schedule and where you’re located in Mount Holly. If you’re near Highway 52 or close to the main routes we run, it’s easier to make it happen. If you’re farther out or calling late in the afternoon, we might need to schedule it for the next morning.
Either way, we’ll tell you straight up whether we can do it or not. We’re not going to promise same-day and then push it back without warning. If we say we’ll be there, we’ll be there.
Most people book a day or two ahead just to lock in their preferred delivery window. But if you’re in a bind, call us and we’ll do what we can to make it work.
Most household and construction debris is fine. That includes furniture, appliances (without freon), drywall, wood, flooring, cabinets, roofing shingles, siding, concrete, brick, and yard waste like branches and dirt. If you’re cleaning out a garage or tearing down a shed, all of that goes in.
What you can’t throw in: hazardous materials like paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, or propane tanks. Those require special disposal and can’t go in a standard landfill. If you’ve got old electronics—TVs, computers, monitors—we offer e-waste recycling as a separate service. Just let us know ahead of time.
If you’re unsure about something specific, ask before you toss it in. We’d rather answer the question upfront than deal with a rejected load at the landfill. Charleston County has strict rules on what’s allowed, and we make sure everything we haul is compliant.
One more thing: don’t overload the dumpster past the fill line. If it’s heaping over the top, we can’t safely transport it. Keep it level with the sides and you’re good.
It depends on where you’re putting it. If the dumpster is going on your private property—driveway, yard, or job site—you typically don’t need a permit. That covers most residential rentals.
If you need to place it on a public street or right-of-way because your driveway won’t fit it, you’ll likely need a permit from the Town of Mount Holly or Berkeley County, depending on the road. Permit requirements vary, and some HOAs have their own rules about dumpster placement.
We’ll walk you through it when you book. If a permit is required, we’ll let you know where to get it and what the process looks like. It’s usually a quick application and a small fee. Some customers handle it themselves. Others ask us to help coordinate.
Bottom line: don’t skip this step. If you place a dumpster on a public street without a permit and code enforcement shows up, you could get fined. We’ll make sure you know what’s required before delivery day so there’s no issue.
Standard rental periods are three or ten days, depending on what you book. Three days works for most quick projects—cleanouts, small demos, landscaping jobs. Ten days is better if you’re doing a larger renovation and need time to work through it without rushing.
If your project runs longer, just call us. We’ll extend the rental for a daily rate. No hassle. Life happens, projects take longer than expected, and we’re not going to penalize you for needing an extra few days.
On the flip side, if you finish early, let us know and we’ll pick it up sooner. You’re not locked into the full rental period if you don’t need it. We’re flexible both ways.
The key is communication. If you know ahead of time that you’ll need it longer than the standard window, tell us when you book and we’ll set it up that way from the start. If something changes mid-project, just give us a call. We’ll work it out.
